These Terms of Use govern your use of FutisTrack, a mobile application for recording and reviewing football and futsal match events.
In short
- FutisTrack is free to use for personal, non-commercial match tracking.
- The app is provided "as is," with no guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
- Match, team and competition data comes from publicly available football competition services, not from us.
- You're responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of anything you record while using the app.
01 Acceptance of these terms
By installing or using FutisTrack, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
02 Personal, non-commercial use
FutisTrack is made available for personal, non-commercial use by football and futsal coaches, team managers, players and parents who want to record and review match events. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the app as part of a commercial product or service without the developer's prior written permission.
03 Provided "as is"
FutisTrack is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
04 Source of match data
Match schedules, competitions, team names and crests shown in FutisTrack originate from publicly available football competition services (such as the Finnish Football Association's Torneopal service) and are provided for informational purposes only. FutisTrack is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
05 Your recorded content
Any match events, player names, shirt numbers, or notes you record while using FutisTrack are entered by you and stored locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for the accuracy of this content, for having the right to record and share it, and for handling it appropriately, particularly information about minors.
06 Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time, for example as new features are added. Continued use of FutisTrack after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
